About Me

I have worked as a professional technical writer and technical marketing copy writer since 1991. My determination to bring brevity, creativity, and clarity to technical communications has put me in senior writing positions at companies such as Discreet Logic, Zero-Knowledge Systems, Positron Public Safety, and Tiburon Inc. I have also provided writing and consulting services to Bombardier, Business Development Bank of Canada, Canadian National, Hexacto, NDI Media, OPAL-RT Technologies, Transcontinental Media, Triton Digital, and others.

An early adopter of Web-based forums, blogging, Twitter, and other social media formats, I have been live on the Web under the pseudonym "Blork" since the mid-1990s. My catch-all "Blork Blog" has been running since 2000, and has spun off several topical blogs and three photo blogs. I work in Montreal as a consulting technical communications and marketing writer and editor.
